Over 60 years of grant making taught VFFF the value of engaging directly with communities to understand how our funding can best support them. So when VFFF launched the Backing Young People strategy, we developed our first ever youth advisory group – a group of young people who guide our decision-making and inform our work. Two years later we are pleased to share our learnings and reflections.
The VFFF team loves getting out and about to see our granting partners in action. This quarter, we spent time visiting our partners and attending events focused on supporting young people and regional communities.
