(at) the intersection: celebrating 30 years of the Vincent Fairfax Fellowship

The Vincent Fairfax Fellowship (VFF) was established in 1994 to honour the life, work and example of Sir Vincent Fairfax. In 2025, we will celebrate a momentous milestone: 30 years of VFF. On behalf of the team at Cranlana Centre for Ethical Leadership and the Vincent Fairfax Family Foundation, we're excited to introduce (at) the intersection.

Through the perspective of the people who have made up the last 30 years of the VFF, (at) the intersection will serve as an inspiration and guide for the next generation of Australian leaders.

VFF Program overview landscape

The VFF community is unique. It’s made up of Fellows who completed the program themselves, the Program Directors who have steered it along the way, the Vincent Fairfax Family and numerous other collaborators.

Uniting these people from a range of professional and personal backgrounds is a shared goal: the desire to be an ethical leader for the betterment of society and future generations.

(at) the intersection comprises Roundtables, research and an in-person summit, which all contribute to capturing the people and experiences that make VFF what it is.

It will serve as a platform worthy of the collective wisdom of the Fellowship, where we can connect, reflect and be challenged. (at) the intersection will build on the Roundtable conversations that have already run in Melbourne and Sydney and featured alumni from the last three decades of the program.

(at) the intersection will be a highly shareable source of wisdom and guidance for future leaders, as well as an elevated celebration of 30 years of achievement for the Fellowship. We invite you to view a preview of a Roundtable which ran in Melbourne this April - stay tuned for further news and opportunities to take part as the project develops!

In the meantime, Cranlana is getting ready to open applications for the next cohort of the Vincent Fairfax Fellowship. Find out more about the program and Fellows who have graduated here: Vincent Fairfax Fellowship.
