Latest grants - September 2025

This quarter, VFFF approved five grants totalling $3,534,000 including a $500,000 Exploration Grants allocation.

TSC

The Shepherd Centre

$1,015,000 over three years to support Stages two and three of the Sound Advice – Stuck in the middle with you program, encompassing co-design and implementation of a lived experience peer mentoring program for deaf and hard of hearing young people.

QPAC

Queensland Performing Arts Centre

$989,000 over three years to support Phase Two of the Tech Connect QLD program as it consolidates the impact of its previous Pilot Phase, expands cohort size and facilitates wider sector involvement, particularly from rural and regional art centres.

YCA

Young Change Agents

$720,000 over two years to support the piloting of Entrepreneurial Schools: Creating a culture of agency and innovation, a program designed to embed youth agency and entrepreneurial learning in schools.

BH

Bush Heritage

$310,000 over two years to consolidate and build on the strong foundations and success of the Seeding the Future program during a critical transition period and continue supporting young people to care for the environment.

Exploration Grant Allocation
$500,000 allocation for the delivery of Explorations Grants. VFFF Exploration Grants are a unique offering of one-off grants up to $75,000 to enable aligned organisations to undertake a discrete piece of work that has the potential to significantly contribute to their impact by progressing thinking on an opportunity or challenge they face.
